In all, her efforts saved me time and money. I did not have to constantly follow-up on the closing costs to see where I stood financially. Literally, all I had to do was show up on time, sign off on the paperwork, and give them a check for the closing amount.
Also, because of her exemplary customer service, I received an unexpected refund in the amount of $1,879.65! Because of her care of a close friend, she brought to my attention that I might also qualify for a past property tax credit something which I would never have thought to look into.
